The health and wellbeing of our staff members and guests is our top priority, and we are approaching the reopening of our restaurants dining rooms with that as our guiding principle. Preparations are under way to begin opening a few of our dining rooms with the utmost care beginning May 14th, with some others scheduled for the weeks that follow. We are looking forward to welcoming you back as our guest and wanted to share with you some of the actions we are taking. In addition to all safety procedures currently in place for our take-out and delivery service, we are implementing the following when our dining rooms reopen: - Reconfiguring seating in the dining room, patio and bar to meet social distancing guidelines - Using floor decals to remind guests in our lobby and bakery areas to keep to social distancing protocols - Having dedicated staff through every meal period solely responsible to sanitize all high contact areas - Continuing wellness checks of all staff members before each shift, including temperature checks with a thermometer - Providing all staff and managers in our dining rooms and kitchens with personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves - Reinforcing staff handwashing routinely - Having hand sanitizer available in our lobbies and restrooms for guests - Making reservations available through our mobile app - Providing a QR code for guests to scan to access a digital menu on their mobile device should they prefer not to use one of our sanitized menus - Not presetting any tables - Providing takeout containers for guests who prefer to wrap their own leftovers - Allowing for contactless mobile payment at the table with the guest’s personal device - Sanitizing pens after guest use These are just some of the changes we are making to protect your safety while at the same time providing the hospitality and delicious memorable food you’ve come to expect from us. TAKE-OUT In addition to continuing to maintain our high level of cleanliness and sanitation practices in all of our restaurants, we are taking extra precautions to help ensure a safe experience when picking up take-out orders from our restaurants. This includes: - Ensuring that our teams have the information they need to remain healthy and instructing them to stay home if they’re not feeling well - Ensuring proper social distancing is maintained; This includes increasing the distance between our guests and cashiers to minimize contact, and placing markings on our floors to help guests distance themselves from others - Cleaning and sanitizing all cashier counter surfaces, pens and pagers after each use - Positioning our credit card machines so that guests may swipe their own credit cards without staff assistance - Requiring all managers and staff members to wear gloves when interacting with our guests - Constant handwashing - Transitioning to wrapped utensils for those guests who request utensils - Cleaning and sanitizing all door handles throughout the day, and leaving front doors propped open (where allowed) to minimize contact - Transitioning our online ordering system to require payment online (to minimize contact) Helpful hints to minimize contact: - Order online and pay ahead (saves you time and significantly minimizes contact) DELIVERY We are taking extra precautions to help ensure that your delivery order gets to your door safely. This includes: - Sealing the outermost packaging to ensure that there is no contact with your food from the kitchen to your door - Transitioning to wrapped utensils for delivery orders for those guests who request utensils. (However, if you don’t need utensils, there is an option to decline them in the order process.) - Ensuring that drivers maintain social distancing when picking up orders from our restaurants Our delivery provider RestApp has implemented the following: - Orders will automatically default to the no-contact option, "Leave it at my door." You can also leave additional details about the drop-off location, such as "Leave next to the plant" to help our driver. - We are offering hand sanitizer and gloves to drivers. - They are also in direct communication with health experts regarding best practices. We care deeply about our people. They are what makes our company so special. With that as our guiding principle: - We are ensuring that our teams have the information they need to remain healthy and are instructing them to stay home if they’re not feeling well. - We are maintaining benefits eligibility for all staff members who may not be able to maintain the required work hours, either due to their own illness or lack of available hours. We encourage you to stay healthy and we look forward to serving you soon.

4. COOKIE POLICY
Restaurant’s Platform may use “cookies.” You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Site may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your device when you visit and use the Platform. Cookies are then sent back to the originating URL on each subsequent visit, or to another URL that recognises that cookie. Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognise a user’s device. You can find more information about cookies at: www.allaboutcookies.org and www.youronlinechoices.eu . For a video about cookies visit www.google.co.uk/goodtoknow/data-on-the-web/cookies.
Cookies do lots of different jobs, like letting you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, and generally improve the user experience.
They can also help to ensure that adverts you see online are more relevant to you and your interests.
You may set and/or adjust your (browser) settings and preferences regarding cookies at any time, and you may disable cookies. Disabling them may prevent you from using certain parts/functionalities of the Controller’s web application.
Restaurant may collect anonymous information, including for statistical or research purposes.
Restaurant uses the following categories on Platform:
Category 1 — Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around Platform and use its features, such as accessing secure areas. Without these cookies services like order list and billing cannot be provided.
Category 2 — Performance Cookies
These cookies collect information about how you use the Platform — for instance, which pages you go to most, and if they get error messages from web pages and/or the web application. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how the Restaurant’s website(s) and/or the application works.
As 3rd party cookies in this category we use Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. The reports provided by Google Analytics help us understand website traffic and webpage usage. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
Category 3 — Functionality Cookies
These cookies allow the Platform to remember choices you make while browsing and/or using the application (such as your user name, language or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features.
These cookies can also be used to remember changes you have made to text size, language and other parts of web pages that you can customize.
The information these cookies collect will not personally identify you, and they cannot track your browsing activity on non- Controller’s websites.
For reliable review of your order status, on-screen on the application, in real-time, and also for easy reordering, your data may be saved on your device, serving a cookie locally.
Category 4 — Targeting cookies or advertising cookies
These cookies will usually be third-party cookies, although if a user is visiting the advertising network’s own website it is technically possible these could be first party. They will always be persistent but time-limited cookies. These cookies can be associated with services provided by the third party but this is not always the case. These cookies contain a unique key that is able to distinguish individual users’ browsing habits or that can be translated into a set of browsing habits or preferences using information stored elsewhere. Generally speaking, the privacy statement should indicate if the cookie is being used as part of an advertising network. Cookies may also be used to limit the number times a user sees a particular ad on a website and to measure the effectiveness of a particular campaign.
Examples include:
• Cookies placed by advertising networks to collect browsing habits in order to target relevant adverts to the user. The site the user is visiting need not actually be serving adverts, but often this will also be the case.
• Cookies placed by advertising networks in conjunction with a service implemented by the website to increase functionality, such as commenting on a blog, adding a site to the user’s social network, providing maps or counters of visitors to a site.
By default, Platform and its originating website URL is not serving category 4 cookies. However, it may be possible to order online from other websites that frame-in or facilitate access to the online menu and web application. Therefore, please always check the cookie policy of the visited website from which you initiated an online ordering session in order to find out if any category 4 cookies are served and which is the way to opt-out or opt-in for them, as the legal case may be.

6.1. We conduct fraud checks on all customers. Where we believe we may detect fraudulent activity we may block you from placing an order and using Restaurant’s Platform.
6.2. We use automated systems including a third party fraud detection provider, which analyses your order data in order to make automated decisions as to whether or not we will accept an order. We find this is a fairer, more accurate and more efficient way of conducting fraud checks since human checks would simply not be possible.
6.3. You have certain rights in respect of this activity - please see 'Your Rights' section below for more information. Our fraud detection is in place to protect all of Restaurant’s customers as well as Restaurant. You have the right to contest any fraud decision made about you and to be given more information about why any such decision was made by contacting Restaurant as set out in section 12 below.
